Starting with floor-based postures and progressing to gentle standing asanas, this balanced session helps build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Especially beneficial for relaxation and setting a positive tone for the day, it’s a lovely way to connect with yourself and the community—all from the comfort of your home.
