Mat Pilates is more than just a workout, it’s a practice of control, breath, precision and flow. In 45 minutes you’ll engage your core, improve your posture and build strength through mindful low impact movements. These classes are suitable for all levels, each class is a chance to reconnect with your body and leave feeling strong, refreshed and grounded.
This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
