These mat-based Pilates classes are open to all levels and always welcoming to beginners. Ideal for building a strong functional core, improving posture, and conditioning the whole body, they cater to both newcomers and experienced practitioners. Through precise, controlled movements, students develop mind-to-muscle coordination and strength without relying on momentum. Lessons are thoughtfully structured, helping participants build confidence and quickly experience the benefits of a consistent Pilates practice.

This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
