With over five years of experience in fitness instructing and personal training, Isobel brings a warm, inclusive approach to every class. She believes fitness should feel good and be accessible to everyone—regardless of level—and loves how group classes create space to connect with like-minded people and move with joy.
Her love for Pilates comes from its ability to deepen alignment, build strength, and enhance the mind-to-muscle connection. Isobel’s sessions blend classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on posture, flexibility, and core strength.
Isobel has recently returned from Australia and is looking forward to teaching and meeting new participants.
