Freya Ferey-Rooney

Freya Ferey-Rooney

Cover Instructor & Kirtan

Freya has studied yoga in India, London, and Guernsey, developing a passion for how yoga fosters balance in both mind and body—a welcome antidote to modern, fast-paced living. Her classes focus on slow, mindful movement, allowing students the time and space to explore each pose fully.

While in India, Freya discovered her love for kirtan (mantra music meditation) and now offers monthly kirtan sessions at the studio. Both her yoga and kirtan sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Freya warmly invites you to join her for a class or kirtan session soon.
