This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics.
This class would also be ideal for those wishing to revisit yogic foundational principles to improve their practice. It is perfect as a beginners class because it starts with the very basics of yoga asanas.
