Ellie has over a decade of yoga experience, learning from global teachers before qualifying as a teacher in 2021. She has since taught in Guernsey and Bristol, blending yogic philosophy with insights from conscious movement practices like ecstatic dance and contact improvisation. Her classes empower individuals to take charge of their practice, offering varied options and honouring the unique wisdom each person holds about their own body.
This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
