Yoga Instructor & Studio Assistant

Helen supports the business remotely from "somewhere tropical" - we're not always sure where. A passionate Yoga practitioner with over 1000 hours of teacher training, she specializes in Tantric Hatha and Yin Yoga. Helen also has extensive experience in marketing, operations, and events.
Currently, she is deepening her knowledge through Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry approach to psychotherapy, exploring somatics alongside other holistic practices. When on the island, Helen occasionally steps into the studio to cover classes or offer her own.
