Helen is a passionate Yoga practitioner with over 1000 hours of teacher training, she specializes in Tantric Hatha and Yin Yoga. Currently, she is deepening her knowledge through Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry approach to psychotherapy, exploring somatics alongside other holistic practices.
A Hatha based class focused on building strength, stability, and balance. A calm, welcoming class, tailored to meet students where they are. Suitable for beginners and those who wish to continue their yoga journey.
