Megan’s classes focus on fostering emotional and spiritual connection alongside physical well-being, making Yoga accessible to all ages, sizes, and abilities. She finds great fulfillment in seeing her students engage deeply with the practice and leave with what she calls a "Yoga high."

This is a totally new class for anyone over 50yrs old who would like to start yoga. Mel will introduce you to yoga starting right from the basics. The class is open to all and allows time for a short relaxation afterwards. There is no need to bring anything, the Studio has all the equipment you require, just wear comfortable clothes so you can move about. Come along and stay flexible!!
