This men-only Pilates class offers benefits that extend to all participants, regardless of age or experience. Tailored for men’s bodies, it builds core strength for a stable foundation, improves posture, and increases flexibility.
Ruby has had a passion for mental health, holistic wellness and all things healing since aged 13 years old. She aspires to create a safe environment for people to express themselves and unwind their bodies to create freedom for self. Ruby loves to connect with people and would love to share the gift of yoga with as many people as she can.
