Victoria Arklie

Cover Instructor

Victoria, a registered psychologist and experienced yoga teacher, has recently returned to the island from Australia. She brings over 8 years of teaching experience and more than 1,000 hours of training. Victoria is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin, pre/postnatal, and children’s yoga, and most recently completed a 300-hour advanced training in trauma-sensitive yoga.

Combining her extensive background in psychology and yoga, Victoria believes yoga is a powerful tool for cultivating self-compassion and building body trust. Her classes are inclusive, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you where you are each time you step onto your mat. Through mindful movement, breath, and meditation, Victoria guides students in exploring how yoga can deepen the connection between mind and body.
