Megan has taught Yoga and run her business for almost a decade. She has a special interest in improving mental health and wellbeing, as well as giving everyone, no matter their physical capacity, the ability to experience yoga.
She has trained in Yoga for Digestive Health, Pre- and Post-natal Yoga, and Yoga for Stress and Burnout. She teaches Sun Power Yoga, Feel Good Fridays, and works with private clients, groups, and corporate sessions.
Her yoga journey began during a challenging time at university when she battled with her own mental health - Yoga became a key part of her recovery. In 2016, Megan earned her Sun Power Yoga certification and founded All About Yoga, combining her expertise and passion to create a welcoming space where others can experience yoga’s transformative benefits.
