Summer has been teaching Yoga for several years, specialising in accessible, fluid practices focused on pain management. Her classes blend the flowing movements of vinyasa with mindfulness techniques, meeting students where they are. Whether in group classes or personalised one-on-one sessions, Summer helps her students unlock Yoga’s transformative power. When she’s not teaching, Summer enjoys connecting with nature and embracing mindfulness in her own life.
